Hizmetin niteliği

MarginPilot, herkese açık pazaryeri komisyon/kargo/vergi oranlarına dayanarak tahmini kâr, marj ve ROI hesaplamaları sunan bir Chrome eklentisidir. Bu rakamlar, ilgili platformun o anki gerçek oranıyla birebir uyuşmayabilir. Platformlar bu oranları önceden haber vermeden değiştirebilir. Nihai ticari kararlarınızı vermeden önce rakamları kendi muhasebeciniz veya platform panelinizden doğrulamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.

Lisans ve kullanım hakkı

Bir MarginPilot lisansı satın aldığınızda, size kişisel/işletme içi kullanım için sınırlı, devredilemez bir kullanım hakkı verilir. Eklentiyi veya sunucu tarafından sağlanan oran verilerini kopyalayarak yeniden satmak, dağıtmak veya başka bir ürün/hizmet içinde yeniden paketlemek yasaktır.

Ücretsiz kullanım ve lisans

Eklenti, satın alma öncesi sınırlı sayıda ücretsiz hesaplama sunar. Bu limiti aştıktan sonra devam etmek için geçerli bir lisans anahtarı gereklidir. Lisans satın alma ve ödeme işlemleri Lemon Squeezy üzerinden yürütülür; iade ve ödeme ile ilgili konularda Lemon Squeezy'nin kendi politikaları geçerlidir.

Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

MarginPilot "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Eklentinin sunduğu hesaplamalara dayanarak alınan ticari kararlardan doğabilecek kâr kaybı, zarar veya başka bir sonuçtan MarginPilot sorumlu tutulamaz.

Nature of the service

MarginPilot is a Chrome extension that provides estimated profit, margin, and ROI calculations based on publicly available marketplace commission/shipping/tax rates. These figures may not exactly match a platform's real-time rates. Platforms may change their rates without notice. You are responsible for verifying figures with your own accountant or platform dashboard before making final business decisions.

License and usage rights

Purchasing a MarginPilot license grants you a limited, non-transferable right to use the extension for personal or internal business use. Copying the extension or the rate data provided by our server in order to resell, redistribute, or repackage it into another product or service is prohibited.

Free usage and licensing

The extension offers a limited number of free calculations before purchase. Once this limit is reached, a valid license key is required to continue. License purchases and payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy; refund and payment matters are subject to Lemon Squeezy's own policies.

Limitation of liability

MarginPilot is provided "as is". MarginPilot is not liable for any lost profit, damages, or other consequences arising from business decisions made based on the calculations it provides.
